Procedure

In the event of a COVID-19 case on a member of a team (coach, player, parent, etc), within a player's immediate family.,or exposure to someone who had tested positive, the coach must send an email to COVID@srya.org detailing the exposure, noting the onset date of symptoms and other pertinent details.
